Coaches Application

The 7th District Recreation Council Soccer program has added a new safeguard for your children. Beginning with the 2013 Spring Outdoor Soccer program, All coaches and Assistant Coaches will be required to fill out a brief "Coaches Application" found on the Stone Alley Registration page (Coaches Application). This is being done for 2 main reasons. First, to make it easier for the commissioner to collect and maintain the contact information from the coaches. Second, to assure all that your child is coached in a safe and secure atmosphere. Coaching staff will only need to complete this form once every calender year (for those that coach in multiple seasons/leagues).

Welcome to the 7th District Recreation Council’s Soccer Program

The 7th District Soccer runs three separate soccer programs.

The Fall Outdoor Program runs from August through the end of October with registration beginning in April.

The Spring Outdoor Program runs from April through June with registration beginning in December.

The Winter Indoor Program runs from February through the end of March with registration in November.

Inclement Weather

The Soccer Program follows the Baltimore County Public Schools schedule. If schools are closed to students on a Friday due to inclement weather, all activities in schools are canceled unless otherwise communicate. Any weekday that schools are closed, activities are also canceled for that day.
